BOOTCAMP PROGRAM AND SESSION CANCELLATION POLICY

Marci Kenon (Trainer) 24 hour cancellation and rescheduling policy. 

 

Active, Registered Participants: If your cancellation is at least 24 hours in advance of the class, you will receive a credit to attend a future session. We will do our best to accommodate your needs.

Any session/appointment missed, late, cancelled, or changed without 24 hour notice will result in a change equal to 100% of the reserved service amount.

EVENT CANCELLATION DUE TO INCREMENT WEATHER

In the event the session is cancelled due to increment weather,  active, registered participants will be notified within 24 hours in advance via electronic mail, SMS or phone and a credit will be issued to attend a future session. We will do our best to accommodate your needs.

EVENT CANCELLATION DUE TO UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCE

In case of cancellation due to  extreme personal circumstances of the Trainer, active, registered participants will be notified within 24 hours in advance via electronic mail, SMS or phone and a credit will be issued to attend a future session. We will do our best to accommodate your needs.
